I had a decent stay at the hotel, benefiting from a fantastic location just in front of the lift, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms had an amazing balcony with a breathtaking view, but the service left a bit to be desired, especially when we raised concerns. The dining was good, featuring a nice variety of options, even though there wasn’t any hot food apart from boiled eggs. All in all, it was a solid experience, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.
