Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay at the hotel, benefiting from a fantastic location just in front of the lift, making it easy to access the slopes. The rooms had an amazing balcony with a breathtaking view, but the service left a bit to be desired, especially when we raised concerns. The dining was good, featuring a nice variety of options, even though there wasn’t any hot food apart from boiled eggs. All in all, it was a solid experience, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement.
The hotel had a fantastic location, providing breathtaking views of The Grossglockner Mountain. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable but felt a little dated. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, although the dining experience could use some improvements. Overall, the price offered good value for the amenities and comfort provided.
The hotel offers a breathtaking view from the rooms and is conveniently located near the central square in Heiligenblut, making it perfect for soaking in the beauty of Grossglockner. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great assistance during our stay. However, I found the dining options a little lacking since there wasn't much in the way of hot food for breakfast. Overall, it's a clean and comfortable place with decent value for money.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and spacious rooms with breathtaking mountain views. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help, although dining could use a bit more variety. The location is perfect for exploring the beauty of the mountains, but keep in mind that some dining options might not be ideal.
The hotel has a fantastic location right in front of the cable car, making it super convenient for skiing. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, feel a bit dated, but the breathtaking view from the balcony makes up for it. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond at times. However, the dining options were limited, and it could use some improvements in that area.
